This dynamic and interactive half day (3 hour) workshop is designed for you to start 2015 with focus and gain clarity on what is most important in your life. You will be guided through a step-by-step process to identify your priorities, and create your own personal plan for the year and how to stay on track.

Learn the strategies and tools to:

  1. Develop clearly defined goals in all areas of life and understand the skills necessary to achieve your personal and professional goals
  2. Have a step by step process for effective time management/self management
  3. Learn how to align your work with your personal vision and values
  4. Create your personal Living/Working Week template to gain more work/life balance
  5. Develop a clear, written plan of action for your success
  6. Develop a more positive attitude about yourself and the opportunities around you
