Meditation Course This is an introductory meditation course to give insight to what is meditation, the benefits and the different types of meditation. In addition we will also be focusing on mindfulness and how to bring this into your daily life.

This course provides an opportunity to begin to create a regular practise and enjoy the benefits of meditation.

We will also be focusing on a specific type of meditation – the Loving Kindness meditation.

Loving-Kindness meditation focuses on developing feelings of goodwill, kindness and warmth towards yourself and others (Salzberg, 1997).

Research shows that Loving Kindness Meditation has a tremendous amount of benefits ranging from increasing well-being, to giving relief from illness and improving emotional intelligence and enhancing relationship with yourself and others.

  • This is a weekly course for 4 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes.
  • Tuesday evenings 6.00pm-7.30pm
  • Starts Tuesday 7th November 2017

  • The fee is $195 and includes weekly tips and resources and Julie’s Meditation CD – Balance and Tranquility.
